Guy Marcus Allen, 42, and Eugene Mitchell, 56, sexually assaulted Sheila Devine in her Norbrook Drive apartment on Nov. 12, 2013. She later died of her injuries on Nov. 29.
Both Mitchell and Allen are facing murder, rape and sodomy charges. Police said Devine died of blunt force trauma and asphyxiation. . . .
