Editor's Note: Two weeks ago, a White man was charged, by Eric Holder's Justice Department, with a hate crime for committing an almost identical crime -- he recorded himself "knocking-out" an elderly black male. This black guy, calling himself "True Goon Tocool Sneekey" did the same thing only he recorded himself attacking an elderly White woman, then posted the video to Facebook. So far, the local police have shown no interest in pursuing the investigation and neither have the feds. If we lived in a society in which Whites received equal protection before the law, then hate crime charges would be brought against "Tocool." Don't hold your breath.
It seems that racially motivated attacks against white people are now a daily occurrence in the state of New York. Ironically it is the states that are supposed to be the most “progressive” on race that have the highest black crime rates. Recently things got so bad in Brooklyn that it actually made some national news. Although only a fraction of the black on white hate crime in Brooklyn is ever reported. Western New York is also seeing a huge number of random black on white attacks. Syracuse, Ithaca, and Rochester all all experiencing this phenomenon.
In this attack, a black male punches an elderly white woman in Rochester, NY in the side of the head. Another thug videotaped the assault. Both are heard cheering and laughing. They slowly walk away with no fear of the consequences of their actions. They posted the video on the internet to gloat. The video was posted by someone using the name “True Goon Tocool Sneekey.”
The story gets worse. Despite posting a video online and incriminating himself. The Rochester police don’t care.
The man who found the video said he called the Rochester PD six times and they were completely disinterested. Then, Rochester PD spokeswoman Sgt. Elena Correia insulted the victim by telling local media it was just “harassment.”
Rochester, New York is 42% black and 37% white.

Even though I broke this senseless, disgusting criminal act, the Rochester, NY Police department has pretty much refused to return my calls from the time I first notified them of the incident.
In fact, it wasn’t until after I had contacted them at least a half a dozen times, and approx. 12 hours later, that Rochester, NY Police Sgt. Waldo finally returned my calls.
Sgt. Waldo did not seem too interested in the video, telling me that he would “pass the information along.”
This disturbing behavior on behalf of the Rochester Police department doesn’t really surprise me, since it’s no secret that as a result of my work as an activist exposing the Rochester, NY Police department’s long history of misconduct, corruption, and misuse of taxpayer dollars (i.e.: the photo of RPD officers on the top of my blog, of them goofing off, on duty on a rooftop), the RPD could care less about me, my family, or my work, even when it’s me trying to get some wannabe thug who preys on and attacks an innocent, older woman coming out of a corner store, off the streets!
The Rochester, NY Police department will however, talk to Rochester’s Corporate-America run mainstream, or what I like to say “LAMESTREAM” news media.
And that’s exactly what Rochester, NY Police department Public Information Officer (PIO) Sgt. Elena Correia did Monday.
RPD Sgt. Elena Correia told Rochester’s Democrat and Chronicle newspaper that she DOES NOT consider the incident an assault, but rather a simple case of harassment!
I wonder if the woman who came out of that store, and was attacked by some young punk who blinded sided her, hitting her on the side of her head, if that woman had been RPD Sgt. Elena Correia’s mother, or grandmother, would she brush it off as “harassment”, which is nothing more than a violation.
