On Nov. 27, Oswaldo Jacinto-Ordonez, 32, pleaded guilty to brutally assaulting a woman, more than two years earlier in the village of Pleasantville.

In August 2011, Jacinto-Ordonez grabbed a woman off the street and tried to rape her, according to court documents.

The Journal News reported:

Police said Oswaldo Jacinto-Ordonez followed a 28-year-old woman from a local establishment about 1 a.m. Aug. 9, 2011, choked her until she was unconscious, then sexually assaulted her.

He fled following the attack, and remained at-large until his arrest in May, when Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents found the Guatemalan national living under an alias in South Kingstown, Rhode Island.

Jacinto-Ordonez pleaded guilty to first-degree attempted rape and second-degree strangulation.

When he is sentenced on Jan. 14 in Village Court, the illegal alien faces eight years in state prison.

Reid doesn’t bother to mention uber-creepy leftist George Soros who backs all manner of anti-American causes, like the Democrat Party. In the mind of liberal corruptocrats, Soros isn’t an angry old man. He’s enlightened. Which in their eyes means he’s an anti-America communist seeking to help destroy America. Consistency has never been a Democrat strong suit.

Now even poor old Santa Claus is not above criticism from the leftist ilk. It’s not that he travels the world each December 24th giving toys to children, it’s that he’s not the right color to some! Why, you ask? For one thing, making Santa Claus an animal rather than an old white male could spare millions of nonwhite kids the insecurity and shame that I remember from childhood. Whether you celebrate the holiday or not, Santa is one of the first iconic figures foisted upon you: He exists as an incredibly powerful image in the imaginations of children across the country (and beyond, of course). That this genial, jolly man can only be seen as white—and consequently, that a Santa of any other hue is merely a “joke” or a chance to trudge out racist stereotypes—helps perpetuate the whole “white-as-default” notion endemic to American culture (and, of course, not just American culture).
So Aisha felt insecurity and shame as a child when she received toys at Christmas because they were delivered by a white guy? Did she give them back? What if her UPS or FedEx driver is a cracka? Does she return the package to sender? And with black males committing over 50% of violent crimes and murder in America, ask any black kid in the ghetto if they want to see some black guy coming down their chimney or through their window with a big sack on their back or a jolly old white grandfather?
This is how far America under Barack Obama has gone down the toilet of stupidity! White men are the only acceptable, politically correct targets left in America. Nobody else can be ridiculed or criticized. Not freakazoid sexual types, not Muslim terrorists, not black thugs knocking out little white grandmas, not communists like Nelson Mandela, not illegal aliens. The leftist (normally black) trolls often ridicule white men by saying Hispanics will soon rule America. Have blacks never realized that Hispanics are not fond of black people in America? They believe you are lazy and live off of welfare. Go figure! And, have any of you eagerly seeking a Hispanic majority in America ever been to Mexico or other third-world countries? I have! AWD drove from Dallas to Arizona last Christmas. We passed through El Paso on the way to the Grand Canyon. From the interstate, one can see into Juarez, Mexico. The poverty was astonishing where only a few hundred yards to the north was prosperity. Has any single Hispanic country ever come close to rivaling America in terms of living conditions, income, health care, etc? Be careful what you wish for!
Nearly every, EVERY, modern convenience we enjoy today worldwide came from the minds and labors of white men. From air travel, scientific breakthroughs, medicine, technology, creature comforts, building of successful cities, literature, etc.
And the evil white men who lived during slavery were also those who abolished it. For the past 60 years, white men in America have put other races at the front through Affirmative Action, government set aside contracts, government jobs, etc to right previous wrongs such as Jim Crow. Note to leftists, AWD never owned a slave nor drank from a white water fountain. You never picked cotton nor were forced to ride at the back of the bus. Yet, the perceived myth of “racism” from old white men like me is still perpetuated even when America has a black President who was elected and reelected! When will this madness end? Never! Not as long as there is money and political power in it for liberals.
Why not stop criticizing the people who built America into a superpower and focus on doing something productive yourselves? Whining about old white people to make excuses for sub-par black performance in every measurable category of performance does nothing to lift black people from their current station. Whites welcome the day when the 6% (black males) of the American population commit 6% of the violent crimes. We welcome the day when a black scientist will cure cancer! We welcome the next innovation that will help the people of the world. We could care less about the next white-hating talking head on MSNBC with a worthless degree in African Studies spouting how crackas are holding blacks down! For that matter we don’t need any more profane, misogynist rappers, either. Or welfare moochers. Or flash mob and Knockout Game thugs. What we do need is performance and self responsibility! We need black fathers to be responsible for their offspring so white men don’t have to be!
In short, we white men would like for you white-hating liberals to stop criticizing us for living responsible, productive lives that have benefited not only America, but the world! When you drive on a nice, clean road in your car after using your computer on the way to a store to buy something, remember it was most likely a white male that made it all possible. Instead of constant lies and insults, we’d prefer a simple thank you and for you to take care of yourself!

87-year-old woman robbed and pistol whipped by 2-black males

Police have obtained a warrant and plan to arrest a second minor in connection with the home invasion that injured an 87-year-old woman in Watertown.

Police said the second minor is a 17-year-old who they believe to be currently out of state. They expect to charge him with first-degree kidnapping with a firearm, second-degree assault of an elderly person, home invasion, fifth-degree larceny, breach of peace, credit card theft, second-degree threatening and first-degree reckless endangerment.

The first juvenile suspect was arrested Friday, Oct. 25 and charged with with first-degree kidnapping with a firearm, second-degree assault of an elderly person, home invasion, fifth-degree larceny, breach of peace, credit card theft, second-degree threatening and first-degree reckless endangerment.

The home invasion happened just after 9 a.m Wednesday when two men invaded Alma York’s home in the 600 block of Sunnyside Avenue. Police said the suspects pistol whipped her and tore out one of her earrings before burglarizing the house.

Authorities said the first suspect had a gun during the home invasion and admitted his involvement to police. Investigators have determined the crime to be a random act of violence and a “crime of opportunity.” He is being held at a juvenile detention facility while awaiting his court date.

Newark Star-Ledger censors hate crime murder in Nordstrom parking lot

Once again, crime reporter James Queally of the “Red” Star-Ledger is refusing to report black on white crime. While many media outlets admit to having a policy of censoring black crime, James Queally is actually quite proud of it. Most reporters will tell you the race of the perpetrator if you call them. Queally will not and is quite adamant that it is his duty to censor black crime. (See below.) When reporter Kyle Rogers exposed Queally and Star-Ledger on Examiner.com, the newspaper responded by printing a fake statistic to downplay black on white crime. The fake claim was very easy to debunk.

In this latest examples. A couple was attacked in the parking lot of a Nordstroms. The male victim was shot in the head and died in the hospital. According to media reports, they were attacked in a crowded area with a lot of witnesses. Yet, the paper censors the race of both the victims and the perpetrators. Two perpetrators fled in the victim’s car, then abandoned it a short distance away. Police say they have no motive for the attack. It looks like another hate crime/thrill killing.

Queally intentionally places the public at greater risk by censoring the description of the dangerous at large suspects. We know the two suspects are black because Essex county prosecutors said so at a press conference last night. The Star-Ledger posted a two minute excerpt from the press conference online, but did not show the part were the description of the perps is given.

Queally’s article was updated after the press conference, but still did not add any description of the perps.

The names of the victims have not been release. Only a one blurry picture of the male victim being rushed to an ambulance has been shown in the media. He appears to be white or Asian.

An evening of Christmas shopping turned into a violent nightmare tonight when a man returning with his wife to their parked Range Rover at an upscale New Jersey mall was shot in the head, and their vehicle carjacked from a parking deck at the Mall at Short Hills.

Police said the two suspects both fled in the stolen car and had an alert out for the 2012 silver Range Rover with the license plate U26BVD.

The man, who was not identified, was shot once in the head and rushed to Morristown Medical Center where he was in “grave condition,” said Acting Essex County Prosecutor Carolyn Murray. His wife was not injured.

Murray said the shooting occurred at about 9:10 pm. She said the victim, 30, of Hudson County, had been out with his wife shopping and they were returning to their vehicle when they were confronted by two men. She said the husband had opened the door for his wife and was getting into the driver’s side when he was shot. Murray believed multiple shots were fired.

Authorities believe the two assailants fled in the Range Rover and headed east on Route 24.

“We do not know why that car (was targeted), but it obviously was a car with some value,” said Murray.

The mall, which normally closes early on Sunday, was open for extended holiday shopping hours.

As concert goers walked to their cars after the show, a mob of what the Newark Star-Ledger is calling “teenagers,” brutally attacked several people. Five people were injured, some of them very badly. Three of the injured victims are teens. Two of the victims suffered serious facial fractures.

Newark Police Director Samuel DeMaio said the attacks were motivated by a desire to cause injury. He says the perpetrators were laughing during the attacks.

Sounds like the attacks were racially motivated hate crimes right? Well the Newark Star-Ledger only describes the attackers as “teenagers.” Any details that would clue the reader as too the race of the attackers appears to be intentionally omitted.

I called the Star-Ledger and asked if they had a policy of omitting the race of at large crime suspects. The first woman I talked to went to ask her superiors. She came back and told me that there is no formal policy, “but we generally do not publish race.”

I then asked to speak to crime reporter James Queally who wrote Star-Ledgers’ two articles on the attacks.

Queally told me that the police report did list the race of the perpetrators and that he censored this information in his two articles on purpose. He also stated that it was the newspapers’ policy to censor race in crime stories.

Then the conversation took a comedic turn. I asked Queally what race was listed in the police report and he refused to tell me. He also said he interviewed three of the victims, but refused to tell me what race they were. Queally did however volunteer that “it’s an 80% black area and the concert was full of white rock and roll fans.”

Queally denied that the attacks were racially motivated. He said that if it was blacks attacking whites, then that was just a factor of probability. Keep in mind that Queally admits knowing the race of the perps and refuses to say.

I told Queally about numerous other black on white mob attacks all over the nation and explained to him this was part of a trend of racially motivated hate crimes. At this point Queally went from a friendly demeanor to a very arrogant sounding tone. He replied “well somehow myself and everyone else in the media have missed all of these.” I told Queally I have been documenting these hate crime mob attacks and would be happy to e-mail him lots of information. Queally then hung up the phone without a reply.

During the conversation Queally hinted at his reasoning for wanting to censor the race of the perpetrators. He asked “if all the attackers were black fifteen year-olds, would you avoid all black fifteen year-olds in Newark?” I told him I would, especially a group of black fifteen year-olds. I told him that avoiding a specific demographic known for brutally attacking my demographic at random was “common sense.” Queally replied, “that’s your opinion.”

In other words Queally places political correctness above public safety, even though “public safety” is one of the topics he is supposed to be covering. The LA Times, for example, is very candid about having a policy of censoring race in crime stories. They say they don’t want to “stigmatize racial minorities.”

But less than one hour after listening to the NPR report on Knockout, i received these two emails:

October 30, 2010 – I was walking away from the Jon Stewart event on the Mall when a girl came up behind me on the sidewalk on 14th Street and screamed that she had just been punched by a group of kids. I turned around to witness a group of 5-10 kids colliding with pedestrians and throwing punches whenever they were confronted. Within a few seconds, they started pushing me in the back & when I responded a punch arrived to my throat and the group started running away when I attempted to notify police.

The Jon Stewart event was a collection of 100,000+ predominantly white attendees with a multitude of black entertainers and celebrities on stage that produced an image of racial unity & harmony that was negated by the sidewalk experience shortly thereafter. While the incident only affected a small collection of people, it was clear that their intention was to disrupt the event in any fashion possible for their amusement.

Multiple friends refuse to attend events in certain parts of D.C. including Adams Morgan and Chinatown where a multitude of attacks have been perpetrated over the years. There is a persistent air of racial tension around the city that is clearly evident on the abundance of cell phone video of crimes and confrontation around the region.

Truly unfortunate that President Obama has fed the flames of racial tension over the years that clearly portrays his overwhelming sympathy for the condition of African Americans. While I appreciate his concern for those of his own race, he has set the stage for continued violence and disunion around the land.

In 1989 I was a victim. I was 18, in Dallas, waiting on the bus downtown. I had worked third shift so I was tired and ready to go home when two school-skipping “teens” (aka young Black thugs) who were walking by decided to pick ME. One swung without warning but I didn’t go down, ears just ringing.

I got him back, breaking his jaw and knocking out a few teeth. He held his head in his hands and started crying, spinning circles on the sidewalk and staggering toward the street. His friend looked scared but he didn’t need to be. You see, three grown men, instigated by several grown women, attacked me. My head was beaten into a wall, I was left for dead. I still carry the scars and the other day I dug yet another grain of sand out of that old wound.

The Dallas news stations got together and decided to investigate. Not because of me, my assault went unreported because I just didn’t feel like dealing with it. They placed a camera van at Main and Griifin in downtown Dallas, and in a matter of hours caught video of teenaged Black boys sucker punching a white man in a business suit.

So no, it isn’t new. It does exist. I will personally beat the living sheet out of any white person who denies it. It’s like denying the holocaust. Only racists, idiots, and masochistic white people deny this problem exists. Got my gun. Always. Let me see it happen. On with the mask, out with the bullets, another thug dies. Hooray!

Black driver pleads to manslaughter after running down White city employee

Johnny Johnson entered a guilty plea to vehicular manslaughter in the death of Matthew Hersl back in April.

As part of a plea deal, Johnson received a maximum sentence of 11 years in prison for the manslaughter charge and for possession of heroin residue that was found in his car.

Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, an African American fraternity at CSU, held a Christmas toy drive at a Radison hotel near the LA airport. The toy drive descended into fist fights, flying chairs, pepper spray, and an evacuation of the hotel.

One Kappa Alpha Psi member told the press that it was just “Alpha males” trying to “impress the females.”

Anchored by such stores as Bloomingdale’s, Macy’s, Neiman Marcus, and Saks Fifth Avenue (stores not found in 89 percent non-white Newark), it’s obviously the “holiday” hours that are at fault in the murder of 30-year-old Dustin Friedland.

After all, he was only (allegedly) murdered by two black males in a ‘robbery gone wrong’ (remember, a robbery gone wrong equals murder gone right), or, to be technical, a ‘carjacking gone wrong’.

Obviously the extended “holiday” hours must be at fault.

Perhaps it was his $90,000 Range Rover the two black males found worthy of stealing that is truly at fault, absolving the extended “holiday” hours of the crime?

Black-on-White violence is the biggest racial problem in America. According to Department of Justice data, more than two million Whites are beaten, robbed, raped, killed or otherwise victimized by non-Whites every year in America. Although, because the DOJ deliberated fudges the data, it is difficult to determine exactly what percentage of victims of racial violence are White, it is at least 85% and probably closer to 95%.

The double standards of the Obama administration, concerning racial violence, have worked to increase both the instances and the severity of black-on-White violent crime. The administration has sent strong signals to black criminals by refusing to treat black-on-White crime as the national crisis that it is and by refusing to charge black criminals, who attack Whites simply because of the color of their skin, with hate crimes.

This petition will force the president to acknowledge black-on-White crimes for the first time. It also asks him to make the ending of racial violence a national priority and to convene a nationally televised press conference to address it.

In the nearly 100 years between the end of the Civil War in 1865 and the passage of the Civil Rights act in 1964, roughly 3400 blacks were lynched. Approximately eight times that number (almost 27,000) of Whites are killed EVERY YEAR by blacks in this country. Starting in the middle part of the last century, the federal government made it a national priority to end the practice of lynching. Within a few short years they were successful. We believe that if the government made the effort, black-on-White violent crime could be eradicated in a few short years. Millions of lives, that will otherwise be ruined, could be saved.

As America's first half-White, half-black president, Barack Obama is in a unique position to prove that he is serious about a post-racial America where all Americans receive equal protection of the laws. The president spoke-out when he perceived that a black person, Trayvon Martin, had been victimized by a White person (in point of fact, George Zimmerman is mixed-race -- his great-grandfather was black and several of his other ancestors were American Indians), and we believe it is time the president spoke-out on behalf of the millions of White victims of black violence.

Even if Obama elects to ignore out plea, your signature is still important because it will help to expand the audience of the petition and grow awareness of the issue.

The version of the petition published at the Whitehouse.gov website is abridged because the site only allows up to 800 characters in the text of a petition. What follows is the text of the full petition:

We petition the Obama Administration to convene a press conference to formally address the issue of black-on-white interracial violent crime.

Whereas black-on-white interracial violent crime is the biggest racial problem in America;

Whereas, according to Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) statistics, more than two million white Americans are beaten, robbed, raped, killed, and/or otherwise victimized by black-perpetrator instigated violence, annually;

(NOTE: The numbers used herein are based on careful analyses of the FBI's Uniform Crime Reports and National Crime Victimization Surveys. The figures given are very conservative. The department of justice deliberately obfuscates the statistics in an effort to downplay the extent of black-on-white violent crime. For instance, there is a category for race-based crimes against Hispanics, but no category for race-based crimes committed by Hispanics. The interracial violent crimes that Hispanics commit against blacks are categorized by the reports as "white-on-black" crime. This makes it appear as if Whites are committing more crimes than they actually are. Even with this deliberate distortion the black-on-white violent crime rate is at roughly 40 times greater than the reverse and were the Hispanic crime statistics not included among the white statistics the black-on-white crime rate would be seen to be perhaps as much as 100 times greater.)

Whereas the overwhelming majority of the victims (perhaps as much as 95 percent) of interracial violent crimes, involving members of the white and black races, are white;

Whereas this violence is escalating, in part, due to federal policies (which the government claims are aimed at solving "the race problem") that force increasing social contact between the two races;

Whereas instances of violent black-on-white crime have increased in both number and kind during the Obama Presidency with the introduction of new forms like The Knockout Game (sometimes called Polar Bear Hunting because the targeted victims are white, like polar bears) and flash mobs;

Whereas this escalating violence means, that given an average life expectancy of 75 years, every white child, born today, can expect to be made a victim of black violence at least once in his or her lifetime;

Whereas the federal government has reacted strongly to the deaths of the roughly 3400 blacks killed by lynching in the century between the end of the Civil War in 1865 and the passing of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, and;

Whereas almost 27,000 whites are killed EVERY YEAR by black perpetrators;

Whereas institutional indoctrination -- of whites to feel guilty about past racial relations and of blacks to feel angry and resentful toward whites -- is a major factor in the current rates of black-on-white violence;

Whereas, all the institutions of power in this country -- including the federal government -- are complicit in promoting guilt in whites and anger and resentment in blacks;

Whereas President Barack Obama is the head of the federal government, and;

Whereas President Barack Obama is himself half white and half black and has, in the past, addressed the issue of interracial violence when he perceived that a black person (Trayvon Martin) was the victim of interracial violent crime;

Therefore be it resolved that President Barack Obama shall make the termination of black-on-white interracial violent crime a national priority (just as previous administrations made bringing an end to lynching a priority) and shall formally address the issue during a press conference that he convenes.

And be it further resolved that his address to Congress shall include an outline of the steps his Administration will take to end black-on-white violent crime.

10 to 13 illegal aliens film & cheer one another gang-raping 13 year-old girl

Austin, TX - Two Austin men have been charged in connection with the alleged gang rape of a 13-year-old female.

"I think it's really sick. It's a lot of kids in this area, a lot of kids," said Shaneequa Jupiter, who has two kids living with her at the Avalon Palms Apartments in the 9300 block of Northgate Boulevard. "I have a boy and a girl."

Her daughter is the same age as the 13 year-old victim, who tells police she was sexually assaulted by 10 to 13 men at apartment 292, which overlooks the pool.

Austin police reports show on June 29, the 13 year-old girl ran away from the Settlement Home, a transitional living facility that also provides foster care.

She was approached by three Hispanic men in a white car near the intersection of Payton Gin Road and Galewood Drive, and then brought to the Avalon Palms Apartments.

Two men have been arrested, police say for their involvement, 24 year-old Juan Lozano Ortega and 26-year-old Edgar Gerardo Guzman Perez.

The teen victim tells police she was taken inside an apartment, where Ortega forced himself on her as the other men cheered him on, recording the assault on their cell phones. All the men took turns having sex with her against her will. A forensic exam revealed injuries consistent with her claims.

"It's sad that we can't even let our children go outside...or have them carry pepper spray or knives, at 13, that's sad," said Leticia Rodriguez, another resident at Avalon Palms, which has no security on site or functioning security cameras.

Rodriguez said, "They don't even give us a note or something and say oh, this happened, please be careful with your kids and not let them go out. They don't tell us nothing."

The affidavit states the assault lasted until early into the morning of June 30, then the victim was driven to a nearby neighborhood and told to "find somewhere to go."

Police say they were able to track Ortega and Perez from the phone call the girl made to her foster brother with their cell phone. She was able to make it back on her own to the settlement home.

Neither Austin police nor the Settlement Home is commenting at this time. Management for Avalon Palms Apartments say they will be releasing flyers to all tenants informing them of this incident soon.

Black male charged in rape, beating of 85 year-old nun

A nun who police in Beaver County said was raped and beaten so badly that her jaw was dislocated and she was unable to speak to police at the scene was expected to be released soon from the hospital.

The Sisters of St. Joseph in Baden called the 85-year-old retired nun “a passionate advocate of nonviolence, peace and justice, and each month she conducts a prayer vigil for peace in the chapel of our Motherhouse.”

Andrew Bullock, 18, of Aliquippa was arraigned Friday night on charges that he raped and beat the nun in the parking lot of St. Titus Church in Aliquippa around 11:30 a.m. Friday, according to court documents and Aliquippa police.

Mr. Bullock has been charged with felony rape, aggravated assault and sexual assault, and misdemeanor charges of indecent exposure, simple assault and reckless endangerment, according to court documents.

He remained in the Beaver County Prison Saturday night on $50,000 bond. He is scheduled to appear at a preliminary hearing Thursday before District Judge James DiBenedetto.

Police said he has admitted to attacking the victim.

The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette does not identify victims of alleged sexual assaults.

“The Sisters of St. Joseph are deeply saddened and heartbroken by the assault of one of our Sisters,” a statement from the Sisters of St. Joseph said. “As we offer continued prayers of healing for our Sister, we also pray for the young man who has been arrested in the assault.”

Just before 11:30 a.m., the nun was walking in the church parking lot when she was approached from behind by a man who asked her if she needed help, she told police. She told him she didn’t and thanked him, at which point he told her to look down at his exposed genitals.

She turned to walk away and he grabbed her neck and started choking her to the ground, punching her head and face, according to police, and sexually assaulted her. When police arrived, she was unable to speak due to her injuries but wrote on a piece of paper that she had been raped, according to police.

The nun was taken to Allegheny General Hospital, where she underwent surgery for a dislocated lower jaw. She was able to speak to detectives before she went into surgery. The Sisters of St. Joseph said Saturday morning that she was expected to be released from the hospital over the weekend.

Police tracked down Mr. Bullock as someone who had been spotted in previous days wearing clothing that matched the description — a black-hooded sweatshirt, dark pants and work boots.

Investigators found that the tread pattern, size and width of his boots were similar to a footprint left in the snow in the church parking lot. Mr. Bullock at first denied being near the scene of the attack but admitted it under further questioning, police said.

Forensic evidence has linked convicted cop killer Kevin Randleman to a 2005 rape case in Illinois.

On May 31, 2005, a 21-year-old woman reported a sexual assault to the Springfield, Ill. police department. She told officers it occurred after a night of drinking with Randleman.

“They knew each other to some degree,” Springfield police Lt. Daniel Mounce told the Register Thursday.

The woman eventually fell asleep, but awoke as Randleman was raping her. Officials opened an investigation and collected a DNA sample from the woman that day.

Springfield police detectives later interviewed Randleman, who denied having sexual contact with the woman altogether. The victim never followed up on the investigation, and she failed to appear at a scheduled police interview and did not return phone calls. “That’s why the case was ultimately closed” Mounce said. Fast-forward to 3 a.m. March 19, 2011.

Randleman gunned down Sandusky police Officer Andy Dunn at Hayes Avenue and Tyler Street.

Dunn was making a routine stop when Randleman unleashed multiple rounds from his weapon, which pierced Dunn’s bullet-proof vest and killed him.

Randleman was sentenced to life in prison after pleading guilty to Dunn’s murder in August 2012.

When they were first investigating the crime scene in 2011, Erie County deputies recovered a sample of Randleman’s blood off the sidewalk outside Firelands Regional Medical Center.

Adhering to standard protocol, deputies submitted Randleman’s sample to CODIS, a national crime database.

Just last week, Springfield police reached out to Erie County deputies after CODIS found a match between the the DNA sample collected in the rape case and Randleman’s blood sample, Erie County Chief Deputy Jared Oliver said.

Even though the woman had named Randleman as her attacker in 2005, whenever a new sample is entered into the database it automatically runs the DNA against all other submitted samples. It has apparently taken almost three years for CODIS to link up Randleman’s blood to the rape case.

Mounce said his department will try to make contact with the rape victim.

“In light of what we have with Randleman, we’ll try and contact her one more time to see if she’s interested in pursuing it” Mounce said.

Mounce told Erie County deputies he doubts the woman would want to pursue charges.

When first confronted with the forensic match, Springfield police wanted to check Randleman’s legal circumstances before reaching out to the rape victim, Mounce said.

Now that they’ve learned Randleman is already serving a life sentence, they aren’t too concerned about reopening the case.

“He’s in prison for life. It really isn’t going to impact anything, other than the victim receiving some satisfaction” Mounce said.

While Erie County deputies have no authority on how the case will proceed in Illinois, they’ve offered to help Springfield police in their investigation however they can, Oliver said.

Police search for black man wanted for kidnapping, sexual assault

BROCKTON, Mass. (MyFoxBoston.com) -- Police are urging residents to be cautious and alert after a woman was abducted and sexually assaulted in Brockton, and the suspect is still at large.

Though the assault happened early Thursday morning, police did not release details of the incident to the police until Saturday afternoon.

At around 2:20 a.m. on Thursday, a woman left a home near 26 Ash St. in Brockton. She was then abducted by a man who took control of her car at gunpoint, and drove her to nearby ATMs to get money, though the attempts were unsuccessful, police said.

After the failed attempts to get money from the victim, police say the suspect drove to Wales Avenue in Brockton and fled on foot toward Main Street.

The suspect is described as a black man in his late 20s, 5 feet, 8 inches tall, and weighing around 140 pounds. At the time of the attack, he was wearing a black ski mask, red hoodie and black sweatpants.

Brockton police have not caught the man, who is considered armed and dangerous, though they have increased patrols in the area.

According to the Boston Herald, a Brockton police lieutenant said Saturday that the department waited to tell the public for fear of compromising the investigation.

3 black men found guilty in murder of White college student

Three young men have been found guilty of killing a 20-year-old Pennsylvania student.

A jury on Friday found 17-year-old Jon Lee guilty of third-degree murder, while the judge in the case delivered the same verdict for 19-year-old Brandon Lind, while finding 24-year-old Devele Reid guilty of second-degree murder.

Prosecutors say all three are liable in the June 2012 death of Slippery Rock University student Jordan Coyner. They say the defendants went to his Kennedy Township home to steal cash and marijuana.

Allegheny County Assistant District Attorney Michael Berquist says Jon Lee hatched the idea of a robbery, Brandon Lind picked the target and Devele Reid pulled the trigger. Lind and Reid chose to have their cases decided by a judge.

The three are scheduled to be sentenced March 13.

Black pastor sentenced for raping teen

PERRY -- A former Hawkinsville pastor was sentenced to 30 years in prison Friday for having sex with an underage teen he met at his church.

Terrance King, 34, was convicted Thursday of statutory rape, aggravated child molestation and enticing a child for indecent purposes. The Houston County jury in the case deliberated less than an hour in reaching its verdict.

King, who was the pastor of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church for about three years, took the then-15-year-old ninth-grader to a Perry hotel Nov. 13, 2012, and had sex with her.

Superior Court Judge Edward D. Lukemire also sentenced King to life on probation after he’s released from prison. The judge also banished King from Houston County and ordered him to have no contact with the victim or her family, even if King later chose to write a letter of apology.

Lukemire characterized King’s actions as “especially onerous” because King was a pastor. The judge expanded on a prosecutor’s statement to jurors that King was a wolf in sheep’s clothing.

“You were a wolf in shepherd’s clothing,” Lukemire told him.

Lukemire noted that King betrayed trust in his position of influence as the spiritual leader of his congregation, and that his position gave him more sway over a young girl than someone in another position of influence might have, such as a teacher.

“It’s just disgusting,” the judge said.
