Four Blacks Whose Laundromat Beating of a Homeless White Man Led to His Death, Will not Be Charged with Murder

A prosecutor says no homicide charges will be filed against four suspects in the death of a homeless man beaten inside a self-service laundry in eastern Pennsylvania.

Berks County District Attorney John Adams said will instead pursue aggravated assault charges against the four suspects in the Jan. 11 attack on 49-year-old Robert Mohler, which was captured on surveillance video.
