Sandy Hook or the Aurora, Colorado “Dark Knight Rises” mass
shootings were perpetrated by white males, who obviously suffered from mental
illness.
They were tragedies, but neither city suffered property
depreciation from these incidents.
They were abnormal, atypical reminders that crazy people live
among us; and that we should bring back state-supported institutions for the
