White single mom goes black, found dead on lawn

A 20-year-old mother-of-two was killed by a single gunshot wound and died in the street, authorities said.

Candace DeMoss was discovered lying on a patch of grass outside a home after police responded to reports of a shooting in the early hours of Sunday.

[B]ond was set Wednesday morning for a man who is accused of murdering a young mother in Northside.

Carlos Richardson, 44, was arrested and charged Tuesday with the murder of Candace DeMoss, 20, in the area of 3400 Beech Hill Avenue on Nov. 18.

Carlos Richardson was arraigned on Wednesday and has his bond set at $250,000.
