ROCK HILL, S.C. -- The mother a suspect in a Rock Hill murder has been arrested.
Police say Pamela St. Hill turned herself into authorities Friday afternoon.
St. Hill allegedly acted as an accessory after the fact by helping three
suspects, including her son Abdul Emmanual, flee the scene. Her bond
has been set at $200.00.
Emmanual’s sister faces similar charges.
All the arrests have been in connection with the murder of Michael Giddens, 25.
