The following is what I posted on the articles website. "I keep telling all my friends that there is a war going between blacks and whites; incidents like this are proof. Mandatory concealed carry would end this type of crap in a heartbeat. Sorry to say, it's not going to happen there (UK) or here (USA). Those of you that are able to get the license, it's time to step up and play ball."
