Benjamin Lee Washington was attending a tattoo party in Atlantic Beach in 2006. Washington became enraged when he say a white nineteen year old who allegedly had a swastika tattoo on his leg. He shot the man in the back, killing him.
Washington had previously done time for armed robbery.
Despite shooting someone in the back in cold blood, prosecutors only charged him with 2nd degree murder instead of first degree. There is a racial disparity in the application of murder charges. Whites who commit murder and more likely to be charged with 1st degree murder than blacks who commit murder. This is why whites convicted of murder are more likely to get the death penalty than blacks convicted of murder.
Washington was convicted of 2nd degree murder in 2007. However his lawyers appealed saying the jury was not given a proper chance to convict him of a lesser manslaughter charge instead. In a shocking miscarriage of justice, an appeals court actually granted him a whole new trial at great expense to the tax payers.
He has been convicted of 2nd degree murder a second time.
Imagine if the races were reversed. This would have been a major national news story. Politicians and major media pundits would have demanded 1st degree murder charges. This story has only received minor blurbs and part of the coverage is dedicated to demonizing the innocent victim!

Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, an African American fraternity, held a Christmas toy drive at a Radison hotel near the LA airport. As many as 1,500 members from numerous colleges attended. The toy drive descended into fist fights, flying chairs, pepper spray, and an evacuation of the hotel.
One Kappa Alpha Psi member told the press that it was just “Alpha males” trying to “impress the females.”
It was originally reported that 25 people were involved in the fighting. It is now being reported that hundreds of people were involved in the mayhem.
The ballroom was filled to capacity and several hundred people could not get in. Some retaliated by rampaging through the hotel banging on quests’ doors. When the hotel tried to shut down the party early, it erupted into a mega fight. Forty police officers responded and the entire hotel was evacuated.

The crimes are of a variety of types, including aggravated assaults, robberies, rapes, and murders – which is a portion of the aggregate violent crime rate.
The data gathered throughout the past year was reported on in November of 2013 and lists the ten most dangerous cities in the United States. The top 10 cities are from 9 different states, as California is the only state with two cities listed in the top 10.

The report suggests that Detroit’s dismal economy and job market, accompanied with approximately 78,000 abandoned homes contributes to the crime found in the city. Though the unemployment rate in Detroit was 18.2 percent four years ago, it is still well above the national average at the end of 2013 with a 10.5 percent unemployment rate. The median household income for its citizens is $27,862.

Over 150 members of the Svenskarnas Parti (Swede’s Party) [SvP] held a torchlight march and vigil for the Swedish victims of multiculturalism.
Presently, Sweden has one of the highest rates of violent rape in Europe. An overwhelming majority of the perpetrators are non-European immigrants. The epidemic of violent rapes has become known as the “Rape Jihad,” because Muslim immigrants often claim they are justified in raping Swedish women.
The event was held in the old town square of Lidköping on December 7th. Well known leaders of the Swedish far-right, including Lidköping city council member Curt Linusson spoke at the vigil.

The anti-immigration Swedish Democrats, who are the 6th largest party with 20 seats, are ranked 1,383. Also far ahead of the major parties.

White single mom goes black, found dead on lawn

A 20-year-old mother-of-two was killed by a single gunshot wound and died in the street, authorities said.
[B]ond was set Wednesday morning for a man who is accused of murdering a young mother in Northside.
Carlos Richardson, 44, was arrested and charged Tuesday with the murder of Candace DeMoss, 20, in the area of 3400 Beech Hill Avenue on Nov. 18.
Carlos Richardson was arraigned on Wednesday and has his bond set at $250,000.

police responded to reports of a shooting in the early hours of Sunday.
